Civil Engineer in the area of Supplementary Management/Billing (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Preparation of complex supplements including reasons and calculation using the RIB iTWO software
- Organization and management of timely processing of revisions
- Preparation and conduct of supplementary negotiations
- Preparation of measurements and quantity calculation
- Preparation of billing-relevant documents
- Independent billing of projects in cooperation with construction management
- Verification of invoices (subcontractors/suppliers)
- Preparation of a course for calculation
What are you bringing with you?
- A degree in civil engineering, a comparable subject or completed training as a construction technician
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, possibly also as a construction manager with appropriate experience in supplementary management/billing
- Secure correspondence in accordance with VOB and BGB with clients and subcontractors
- In-depth knowledge of construction law (VOB and BGB)
- Good computer skills
- ability to work in a team, organizational and negotiation skills
